Is the U.S. Your Next Move?

Thinking About the U.S. Market?
After another busy September of European trade shows, many brands are already thinking about what comes next.
For some, that may include a question I have heard many times over the years:
Could the U.S. market be our next opportunity?
The United States can offer tremendous potential for European brands. But entering the market successfully requires more than simply replicating what already works in Europe.
Where do you start?
Who are the right partners?
How should the brand be positioned and priced?
Which distribution channels make sense?
And, perhaps most importantly, what needs to be adapted, and what should remain true to the brand?
These are the questions I help international brands answer.
Having spent more than 20 years working between Europe and North America, I combine strategic guidance with a very practical understanding of the U.S. market, its customers, distribution networks, sales organizations and business culture.
My role can begin with assessing the opportunity and defining the right market-entry strategy. But it doesn't necessarily stop there.
I don’t simply advise from the sidelines. When needed, I become an extension of your team.
That can mean identifying and developing the right sales partners, supporting market launches, building key accounts, coordinating with local partners, or simply helping navigate the many decisions that come with developing a business thousands of miles from home.
If the U.S. market is part of your thinking for 2027, or even just a question you are beginning to explore, I would be delighted to have a conversation.
